The RaceQuip Sportsman Camlock Dragster harness set provides the best value in a purpose-built rail dragster racing quick release belt set. These harness sets offer loads of features yet they are priced affordably for the grassroots racer. The RaceQuip Sportsman Series Dragster Camlock belt set comes in a four (4) point configuration with a pull-up lap belt design. The shoulder harness is one continuous 3\" belt that wraps around the belt bar behind the driver's head in a rail type dragster chassis. These harness sets exceed the SFI 16.1 specification. Like all RaceQuip harness sets, they can be rewebbed and SFI certified after the expiration date. RaceQuip starts with a lightweight aluminum alloy cam buckle that features an easy engagement cone for snapping the belts into place. Precise internal spring pressure allows a positive feel on the 45? (right or left) unlatch lever movement without fear of accidental opening. Next, the drop-forged steel buckle hardware is sewn onto the premium 3? polyester webbing. RaceQuip's proprietary polyester blend webbing is ?transverse mono filament woven?, which means that there are mono filament fibers inter-woven into the straps in a pattern that transverses the standard weave. This design accomplishes two tasks - added strength and smoother edges on the belts. The harness sets also feature premium, non-slip steel shoulder adjusters with easy lift grips. The steel lap belt adjusters utilize an anti-slip tensioner device as well. Heavy-duty drop-forged steel slide bars and 3\" bolt on ends come already installed, but they can be easily removed if you prefer to mount your lap and crotch belts by wrapping them around a rollbar.
